Sister Donna Cucci– 50 Years “Fifty years is a big deal! When my mom turned 50, I said to her, ‘Mom, you’re half a century! ’She quietly replied, ‘Oh my!’ and proceeded to jump over a curb barrier, I suppose to prove that she could still do it.

“Fifty years in community has been the biggest blessing for me. Teaching hundreds of students at Nazareth Academy as well as piano to children at Eastman School of Music and in my private studio have made for a wonderful ministry. Some of those students have become my best friends, as well as their parents, who were close to my age when I started teaching.

“I love the prayer, ‘Spirit of Love, guide us’ and I feel the Spirit has guided me all along the way.”
