Testimonials

“I am truly grateful for the Sisters Care ministry which allows me time for necessary errands or lunch with a friend. I know my husband is in good hands.” - Joan

“Sisters Care has been a God-send to our family. The sister who visits our parents has developed a wonderful rapport with them. She has become a friend and part of the family. Mom and Dad look forward to her visits. The socialization these visits provide is important to them, as well as to us, their children. My parents can no longer drive, so they appreciate trips to go shopping, to go to the bank, and to the hairdresser. Sister motivates my parents to attend various activities sponsored by their retirement home. My parents’ confusion and forgetfulness have increased over the years, and the peace of mind Sisters Care provides for my siblings and me is invaluable.” - Rita

"…Sisters Care has provided years of independence to my parents, Mike and Alice. They have been able to stay in their home and enjoy the security of their home and routine. Sisters Care and Sr. S. have enabled my parents to keep their doctor appointments, enjoy their trips to Wendy’s and Tim Horton’s, and go to the drugstore, hair appointments and clothes shopping. Sr. S. has not only been a companion but has become a member of the family. Her visits have brought God back into my parents’ life. The joy, compassion, and great care that have been shared with Mike and Alice are immeasurable. Our family is blessed to have this support and caring. Sisters Care has helped the entire family in the mission of a healthy home life and independence for Mike and Alice. we cannot truly express what is in our hearts. Forever Thankful." - Tom and Kathy
